Over deze dienst
I will connect your website form, webhook, or external application to Salesforce so new leads, contacts, cases, or custom records flow into the right place without manual copy/paste.
I can help with website form to Salesforce Lead, webhook to Salesforce object mapping, REST API integration, JSON payload handling, OAuth or token-based authentication, Salesforce field mapping, duplicate handling, basic logging, sandbox testing, and handoff documentation.
This gig is best for small businesses, sales teams, agencies, and website owners who need reliable lead capture or CRM automation.
Please message me before ordering if your project includes two-way sync, custom objects, large data volume, multiple systems, or complex business rules. I will review the scope and recommend the right package or a custom offer.

Veelgestelde vragen
Do you work directly with the Salesforce REST API?
Yes. I can work directly with the Salesforce REST API when a direct integration is better than Zapier, Make, or other middleware.
Can you connect a website form to Salesforce?
Yes. I can connect website forms to Salesforce Leads, Contacts, Cases, or custom objects depending on your Salesforce setup.
Do I need to provide Salesforce access?
Yes. I will need appropriate Salesforce access, preferably sandbox access first, along with the objects and fields you want to update.
Can you replace Zapier with a direct API integration?
In many cases, yes. A direct API integration can provide better control, logging, and reliability, depending on your workflow.
Do you support two-way sync?
Two-way sync is possible but should be reviewed first. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm scope and pricing.
What information do you need to start?
I need to know the source system, the Salesforce object, the fields to map, whether sandbox access is available, and whether you have a sample form submission or webhook payload.
