For the past several years, I have worked with American Furniture in Slidell, Louisiana, managing digital marketing, administrative operations, and executive support responsibilities. I create and manage social media content, develop promotional materials such as flyers, and assist with Google advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. I track advertising budgets, monitor campaign performance, and analyze results to help determine the effectiveness of marketing efforts and improve future strategies. In addition to my marketing responsibilities, I serve as the Executive Assistant to the owner, providing daily administrative and operational support. My duties include managing paperwork, data entry, typing, payroll assistance, coordinating tasks, supporting sales floor operations, and assisting with back-of-house management. I also handle purchasing responsibilities, including creating purchase orders, receiving and processing orders, reviewing documentation for accuracy, identifying errors or corrections needed, and ensuring records are properly maintained. I provide reliable support across multiple areas of the business and take on additional management and operational tasks as needed to help maintain efficient daily operations.
