What happens if you find zero bugs, did I just pay for nothing?
No, you still get the full report showing every screen and flow that was checked and passed, that's proof your app is stable, which is just as valuable before a launch
What if my developer disagrees that something is actually a bug?
Each issue includes exact steps to reproduce it and the expected versus actual result, so your developer can verify it themselves in minutes, it's not left to opinion.
Apps that are not yet live or are still in private beta can tested as well, right?
Yes, a TestFlight link, APK file, or closed testing invite works fine, most of the apps I test aren't public yet.
If you find a bug on your device, how do I know it'll actually happen on mine?
The report includes the exact device model and OS version each bug occurred on, so you know precisely where it applies instead of guessing if it's universal.
What devices/phones do you test on?
I test on real Android and iOS devices I own, plus current desktop and mobile browsers if it's a web app. Just send me your target OS versions or specific device models and I'll confirm what I can cover, if something's outside that, I'll tell you upfront instead of guessing.
What exactly do I get in the bug report?
For every bug: a clear title, exact steps to reproduce it, what should've happened vs. what actually happened, the device/OS/app version it happened on, how severe it is, and a screenshot or screen recording.
How fast can I get the report back?
Usually within 24 hours once I have access to your app. If it's a bigger app or a full test suite, I'll give you a realistic timeline before I start so there's no surprise later.
Can you check it again after I fix the bugs / push an update?
Yep, I can re-test after a fix or new release to confirm it's actually resolved and make sure nothing else broke in the process. A lot of clients keep me on just for this after the first round.
Do you only report crashes, or do you also take note of confusing or annoying parts of the app?
Both. Beyond bugs and crashes, I flag confusing flows, unclear buttons, or anything that'd frustrate a real user, usability issues, not just technical ones. For web apps, this also covers how things behave across different browsers.
