Do I need to provide a design file (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)?
Yes unless you've added the custom design add-in to your package. If you have opted to have your site designed for you per said add-in you do not need to provide a design file.
Which tech stack will you use for this project?
For standard and premium packages I will utilize React with Typescript and Tailwind CSS to ensure type safety, security, and scalability. For the basic package I use Javascript, HTML, CSS, and simple React (if preferred over classical sites.)
Will you help me with hosting and domain setup?
Yes, hosting and domain setup is included with all of my packages. I can deploy to any number of platforms or VPS' as needed. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of hosting and domain registration/renewal.
What types of E-commerce is included in the premium package?
The business suite includes full product listing integration, carts, and secured payment gateway integration. It will be engineered for speed and security, ensuring a better experience than most out-the-box solutions.
Will the site be security hardened?
Yes. All my products are hardened through package maintenance, security practices, securing API communications, and configurations to minimize attack surface and vulnerabilities. Your sites, and your customers, data is a top priority.
What does accessibility compliant mean?
It means your site will be WCAG standard compliant, ensuring that all of your users regardless of disability or status can utilize your site effectively, ensuring you keep those potential customers. This is achieved through a mixture of semantic HTML, ARIA, and keyboard navigation controls.
Do you provide support post-delivery?
Yes, I provide a standard 14-day (24-day for business suite clients) technical support guarantee to all clients covering configuration, hosting, etc. This is to ensure the final product runs smoothly. For long-term maintenance or feature updates, we can discuss a monthly retainer or one off contract
What is included in the Business suite package?
A 10 page site, an additional page as a dashboard for metrics and product/content management, E-commerce features, and 3 custom designed icons or logos for your business hand designed without any AI input. Raw design files will be delivered alongside the final product.
