What file formats do you accept?
PDF, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), Word (.docx), CSV, TSV, and most common text-based data formats. If you have something unusual, message me and we'll figure it out.
What if my data is over 7,500 rows?
Message me with the details and I'll put together a custom quote. I regularly work with datasets of 50k+ rows.
Can you extract data from scanned PDFs or images?
Yes — I can work with scanned documents using OCR. Quality depends on the scan, so send me a sample first and I'll let you know what to expect.
How do you handle duplicates?
Exact and near duplicates, are always verified. There can be two people name John Smith in the same household. After I verify these records -- they are elevated for your review or merge them based on your preference.
What if I have concerns about data confidentiality and security?
For smaller files, password-protected ZIP archives sent through Fiverr's messaging work, with the password sent through a separate channel. For larger files OneDrive or Google Drive can be shared so you can retain ownership and revoke access anytime. Your files are removed from my files when done.
