Support financial planning, budget controlling, and project management within a corporate finance function at an insurance company. Led a standalone project to reverse-engineer and modernize a critical, long-undocumented reinsurance process — replacing a fragile, unreproducible Access/VBA system with a Python and SQLite-based solution, then documenting it for long-term handover. This work sits alongside forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting that feeds executive decision-making.
