Yes. Google Sheets works on any device with a browser or the Google Sheets app. Excel files can also be opened on mobile.

Yes, that's exactly what the Standard and Premium packages are for. Multiple sheets are built inside one file so everything is organized in one place.
What information do I need to provide before you start?
Just tell me what your business sells, what data you want to track, and any specific columns or computations you need. The more detail you give, the better I can tailor it to your business.
Can you edit or update the sheet after it's been delivered?
Minor revisions are included in every package. For major changes or additions after delivery, I offer a separate modification service.
