At Vidcam Tech, I managed and optimized the company’s cold email campaigns to improve B2B lead generation, outbound marketing performance, and email deliverability. The company approached me with challenges around low open rates, inconsistent inbox placement, and limited responses from their cold outreach campaigns. Their emails were being filtered into spam folders, which significantly affected their ability to generate qualified leads through outbound email marketing. To address this, I first conducted a full cold email deliverability and campaign audit, reviewing their email infrastructure, domain reputation, and sending practices. I implemented a structured cold email campaign management strategy, including proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, inbox reputation monitoring, and optimized sending patterns. This ensured their emails complied with modern email provider standards and improved trust with inbox providers like Gmail and Outlook. I also redesigned the client’s cold email automation workflow, segmenting prospect lists and creating personalized cold email sequences that aligned with their target audience. Using outreach platforms such as Apollo io and HubSpot, I managed prospect targeting, campaign scheduling, and follow-up automation to ensure consistent engagement with potential leads. Additionally, I implemented a domain and inbox warm-up strategy, gradually increasing sending volumes while maintaining positive engagement signals. I monitored key performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and sender reputation, continuously optimizing the campaigns for better performance. As a result, Vidcam Tech experienced a significant improvement in cold email deliverability, campaign engagement, and outbound lead generation. Their emails consistently reached the primary inbox, resulting in higher open rates, increased responses, and a steady flow of qualified prospects through their cold email marketing campaigns.

A client approached me after experiencing serious deliverability issues with their cold email marketing campaigns. Despite using platforms like Apollo io and HubSpot for cold outreach, email lead generation, and outbound marketing, their emails were consistently landing in spam folders. As a result, their cold email campaign performance was extremely poor, with low open rates and almost no replies from prospects. The client needed a cold email expert to diagnose the issue and improve inbox placement. I started by performing a full cold email deliverability audit across their sending domains and outreach tools. I discovered that the main issue was improper cold email authentication, poor domain configuration, and a lack of sender reputation management. To fix this, I implemented proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, ensuring the client’s domain was verified and trusted by major email providers. I also configured custom tracking domains, subdomains for cold email automation, and domain alignment to improve deliverability. To further strengthen their B2B cold email strategy, I optimized their Apollo io and HubSpot email outreach setup, ensuring their outbound email infrastructure followed best practices for cold email marketing. I implemented a domain warm-up strategy using controlled sending volumes and automated warm-up tools to gradually build the sender reputation of their inboxes. Additionally, I advised the client to use multiple sending inboxes for cold outreach campaigns, which helped distribute sending volume and reduce the risk of spam filtering. After implementing these cold email setup and authentication improvements, the client’s email outreach campaigns began landing in the primary inbox rather than spam. Their cold email open rates and reply rates improved significantly, resulting in more conversations and qualified leads from their outbound marketing efforts. This project demonstrated my expertise as a cold email specialist & cold email expert.
