Your Zap stopped running, your Make scenario throws an error nobody understands, or your n8n workflow worked for three weeks and then quietly skipped a batch. Most automations are built for the happy path. They break when an app rate limits you, times out or returns something unexpected.
I build or fix automations in Zapier, Make and n8n. From the Standard package up I also build the failure path, so you hear about problems from an alert, not from a customer.
Every package includes:
- A working automation, tested with real test data
- A short note on what I built or changed, and where it can still fail
Standard adds error handling: if a step fails, you get an alert instead of silently losing data. Premium adds retries, duplicate prevention so a rerun never creates a second record, an error path for items that keep failing, and a handover.
The proof is in my portfolio: an n8n workflow put through a chaos run with rate limits, timeouts, null values, duplicate webhooks and a CRM outage. 40 orders plus 8 duplicate deliveries, 0 lost, 0 doubled.

Which tool should I use: Zapier, Make or n8n?
Usually the one you already pay for. Starting fresh: Zapier is the simplest, Make is cheaper when a workflow has many steps, and n8n can run on your own server and handles complex logic. I tell you which fits before you order.
Do you need my password?
No. For n8n and Make, attach an export of the workflow here and I send back a fixed file to import. For Zapier, share a copy of the Zap. If I need to work inside your account, we set that up after you order, never with your password.
Can you fix a workflow I already have?
Yes, that is what the Basic package is for: one existing Zap, scenario or workflow. Before ordering, send me the export or a screenshot of the error, so I can confirm it fits the Basic scope.
What happens when one of the apps is down?
On Standard, a failed step sends you an alert instead of losing data quietly. On Premium, it retries with backoff, parks items that keep failing in an error path, and those items can be run again once the app is back.
Who pays for Zapier, Make or n8n?
You do. The automation runs on your own account and plan. If a workflow needs a feature from a higher plan, I tell you before you order.
