Minimum 4 layers 2 signal layers plus dedicated ground and power planes. For designs with PCIe, USB 3.0, and HDMI, 4 layer with controlled impedance is standard. I'll confirm the right stackup after reviewing your interface requirements.
Do you handle the 200 pin high density CM4 connector routing?
Yes. I route the full 200 pin CM4/CM5 breakout differential pairs for PCIe, USB, HDMI, CSI/DSI with correct impedance matching, length tuning, and reference plane continuity for reliable signal integrity.
Can you design a custom form factor carrier board?
