Client Interaction, kick off meetings with several types of clients and projects to understand the client’s needs and requirements. • Setting up, mind storming to get with a unique concept of the architectural and interior design creating the mood boards. • Following up, constantly meetings with the clients to keep up with the latest stages of their projects. • Progress Monitoring, supervising a group of drafters and visualizers to get the results reflecting all clients’ requirements. • Supervision, creating the premier sketches of the ideas and monitoring the design development throughout the senior visualizers to get the result, by directing, sketching, selections of materials, designs, colors, brands, details and how it comes to the final look. • Coordinating and following up with the team to get the packages rather the interior or architectural, and submissions dates and timelines • managing the tasks and responsibilities and assigning it to the team members and following up the daily progress to get the updates on a multi projects rather architectural or interior. • Selecting materials and following up with the estimation team to get it as per the design requirement and client budget. • Reviewing the specs and selections of the affordable materials and publish it to the purchasing team to collect and create the sample boards • Reporting: weekly progress reports reporting to the head of design to keep up with the status and get the final approvals. • Site visits collaborating with the project managers and site engineers to monitor the works and design quality and right directions and decisions. • Creating the formal packages of the municipality of Dubai and following up with the assigned consultant to get the final approvals as per the rules and regulations. • Collaborating with other divisions for the architectural designs (MEP, structure, landscape, ….) reviewing their final submissions to set up all in a vision.
