Registering a company in Latvia as a non-EU tech founder can stall over small things: the wrong form details, a missing document, or unclear steps for capital and signatures.
I guide you through the whole Latvian SIA registration process and prepare everything you submit:
- Company details sheet (name, activity code, address, board, shareholders)
- Draft KR4 application content and founding documents checklist
- Share capital and signature/authorisation steps explained
- Check of your draft before you submit
- Next steps after registration (tax registration, bank account)
You submit the application to the Enterprise Register yourself or through your authorised person. I don't submit on your behalf.

Your planned business activity, the owners’ and board members’ details, the registered address you plan to use, and the share capital amount. Don’t send passport scans in chat.
Will you submit the application to the Enterprise Register for me?
No. I prepare the content and check your draft, and you or your authorised person submit it. I don’t file on your behalf or contact the authorities.
Do I need to travel to Latvia?
It depends on how you sign and certify documents. I explain the options available to you, and you confirm the current requirements with the Register or a notary before you act.
Can you guarantee my company will be registered?
No. The authorities decide, and processing times vary. A prepared, consistent file helps you avoid common mistakes, but it doesn’t guarantee approval or timing.
What happens after the company is registered?
Premium includes a plan for next steps like tax registration and opening a bank account. Bank onboarding documents are a separate Gig. I can’t promise the bank will approve you.
