Automated Social Media Posting System
Blog Post
Sep 2025 - Sep 2025 • 0 mos
I designed and implemented a social media automation system using Make.com that allows content stored in Airtable to be automatically processed and published to LinkedIn and Facebook Pages. I built the workflow to retrieve content from Airtable, route the information to the appropriate social media platform, process images and post data, and use API/HTTP integrations for automated publishing. Key responsibilities: Designed the Make.com automation workflow Connected Airtable as the central content database Built routing logic for multiple social platforms Automated LinkedIn publishing Automated Facebook Page publishing Integrated HTTP/API requests Configured scheduled content processing Automated image and post-data handling Organized and tracked content records Tested the complete workflow from Airtable to publication

Automation Specialist | n8n, Make.com & API Integrations I have hands-on experience designing and building business automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, APIs, webhooks, and third-party applications. My work focuses on transforming manual processes into automated systems that improve efficiency, reduce repetitive tasks, and connect different platforms into one seamless workflow. One of the projects I designed and implemented was an automated meeting booking and calendar management system using n8n. The goal was to automate the complete appointment scheduling process, from receiving a booking request to confirming the meeting and notifying the internal team. The workflow starts with a Google Form, where users submit information such as their name, email address, preferred meeting date, and requested time. I configured n8n to receive and process this information, extract the required booking details, and prepare them for the scheduling process. I connected the workflow to Google Calendar to automatically check whether the requested time slot was available. This helped prevent scheduling conflicts and removed the need for manual calendar checking. When an available time was found, the automation automatically created a calendar event and generated the required Zoom meeting information. After successfully scheduling the meeting, the workflow sent an automated confirmation email to the requester. At the same time, a Slack notification was sent to the internal team so they could immediately see the new booking. The complete workflow followed this process: Google Form → n8n → Process Booking Data → Check Calendar → Create Event → Zoom Meeting → Email Confirmation → Slack Notification I tested the workflow to ensure that the information was correctly transferred between each application and that the appropriate actions were triggered at each stage.
