o Synthesis and analyze research to develop new design concepts, create inspirations boards and present ideas back to design leadership. o Maintain and expand expert knowledge of the industry and relevant trends, through studying international brands, trends, local market trips and various research such as consumer feedback. o Possess and apply knowledge of trends, materials, and technical design to prepare clear design briefs for planned products. o Making prints for yearly launches with new ideas for promotional products and sale campaigns. o Lead the design team and coordinate with team members to make the print out of given theme. o Effectively and efficiently utilizing subordinates and guiding them for building/improving their soft skills - Train the new hiring/internees o Check and approve print strike offs and embroideries for final production. o Coordinate with product development department and provide them with the stitching style according to the latest fashion trends and styles. o Dealing with vendors to make product cost effective. Checking and approving pre-production samples. o Frequent visits to outlets, giving product knowledge to the sales team and keep them motivated to encourage sales through effective presentations. Brief the sales team regarding good store displays. o Involved with advertising agency for photo shoots, product marketing, branding, and billboards. o Involved with marketing team for product packaging, catalogue and billboard layout.
