Hi am andrew, a cold email deliverability specialist. I work on the part of outbound most teams skip: the domains, DNS, inboxes and sending patterns that decide whether Google and Microsoft put your email in the inbox, in spam, or nowhere.
My background is in email marketing and email systems for publishers, nonprofits and small businesses, so I understand both sides: how inbox providers judge senders, and what a clean sending setup looks like.

I work on the email side that deliverability depends on: list verification, bounce reduction, and sending patterns that keep complaint rates low. I clean and verify lists before campaigns go out, set sensible per-inbox limits, and review campaigns for anything likely to trigger filters. I set up DMARC monitoring so failures are visible, then tighten the policy step by step without blocking legitimate mail.
