Is my data confidential?
Yes. Your file is used only to complete your order, never shared, never reused. If your data is sensitive, you can also send a copy with dummy data.
My spreadsheet is in Excel, can you still fix it?
If you want the result in Google Sheets, yes, I'll rebuild and repair it there. For a file that must stay in Excel format, I'll tell you upfront if I'm not the right fit.
What if you find more problems than my package covers?
I'll finish everything included in your package and send you an honest list of what remains, with no obligation. You decide if you want a follow-up order.
