Need clear evidence before handing an application issue to a developer? I will manually test a focused set of web app scenarios and document what happened.
My Tier 2 application support background includes bug reproduction, defect investigation, and release validation. You receive a PDF findings report, a CSV test checklist, and labeled screenshots where useful. Findings include steps, expected and actual behavior, and suggested priority.
Basic covers 3 scenarios in 1 workflow; Standard covers 6 in up to 2; Premium covers 10 in up to 3. One scenario is one input/expected outcome with up to 10 actions. All packages use one desktop browser, one test environment, one build and one user role. Please provide test access, data and expected behavior.
This is focused functional testing, not exhaustive QA, cross-browser testing, security testing or a coding/fix service. No minimum bug count is promised. One revision covers the original scope; a new build or retest is separate. Delivery is asynchronous, with no on-call coverage.

Will you fix the bugs?
I document reproducible behavior and evidence for your developer. Coding, deployment and production changes are not included.
Do you test every browser or device?
No. Each order uses one agreed desktop browser and OS. Mobile/device testing and cross-browser coverage are excluded.
What if you find no bugs?
You receive completed test results with actual observations and coverage limits. I do not invent findings or promise a bug count.
What counts as a scenario?
One input and expected outcome with up to 10 actions. Each additional input, role or outcome is a separate scenario. Package limits are 3, 6 or 10.
Can you retest my next release?
A new build requires a separately agreed order. The included revision corrects or clarifies the report on the original build and scope.
Can you work urgently or join calls?
These packages are asynchronous and use the stated calendar-day delivery window. They do not include live sessions or on-call coverage.
