Designed and built a full HRIS web platform end-to-end using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS — covering employee profiles, attendance, payroll calculation, appointment booking, and role-based dashboards for ~150 active users. Developed backend logic and secure REST APIs in PHP (custom MVC architecture), handling complex business rules for payroll workflows, leave calculations, and multi-role user permissions. Designed and optimized MySQL database schemas for real-time reporting and transactional data access. Implemented authentication, session management, and role-based access control (RBAC). Deployed and maintained the platform on cloud hosting. Used AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
