What types of files do you accept?
I accept any raster image format including JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, GIF, TIFF, BMP, screenshots and scanned copies. If you're unsure, just send it over and I'll check it for you.
What file formats will I receive after the order?
You'll receive fully editable vector files in AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, SVG and PDF formats, plus high-resolution raster exports in PNG (with transparent background) and JPG at 300 DPI. Additional formats like DXF, CDR or PSD are available on request.
Do you use auto-trace or live trace tools?
Never. All my work is 100% manual using the Pen Tool in Adobe Illustrator. This ensures clean, smooth curves, accurate shapes, and professional-quality results that auto-trace simply cannot achieve.
My image is very blurry or low resolution can you still vectorize it?
Yes, in most cases. As long as I can identify the shapes and details, I can manually redraw it into a clean vector.
What does "print-ready" mean and why does it matter?
Print-ready means the file is at 300 DPI or higher and formatted correctly for professional printing. Raster images (JPG/PNG) lose quality when scaled up vector files don't. This means your logo or design can be printed on anything from a business card to a billboard without pixelation.
Can I use the files for commercial purposes?
Yes. All delivered files are fully editable and include commercial use rights. You can use them for branding, merchandise, printing, websites and more.
Can you match the exact colors of my original logo?
Yes. I will match your original colors as closely as possible, using both RGB (for screen) and CMYK (for print) values. I can also provide Pantone color references on request.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. I offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original order until you're 100% happy. If there's an issue after delivery, reach out and I'll fix it promptly.
