Do you provide the 3D model or do I need to supply it?
You need to supply the 3D model, if you already have the prepared and textured model, that is even better. Preferred formats are FBX, OBJ, STL, blend, or similar.
What file format will I receive?
You will receive an .mp4 and a high quality Prores 422 .mov file, so that you can reuse and convert the video without significant quality loss.
What do I need to provide to get started?
3D model format (OBJ, FBX, STL, blend or similar), brand guidelines, references, preferred style. For more details contact me.
What if I don't have a 3D model, only a product photo or reference?
I only offer animation services, 3D modelling is not part of this gig.
What resolution is the final video?
1080p default, 4K available as add-on ($70). Production and export is also available in portrait and landscape format (for 250$), so that the video can be used on multiple platforms.
Do you offer revisions beyond what's included?
Yes, at $80 + 2 days.
Can the video be longer than the package includes?
Yes, at $50 per 10 seconds extra.
