Which tool will you use?
Whichever fits your budget and apps. Zapier is simplest, Make is often cheaper at volume, n8n can be self-hosted, and Apps Script is free for Google Workspace tasks. I'll recommend one before we start.
Do I need a paid Zapier or Make plan?
Sometimes. Multi-step Zaps and higher task volumes need a paid plan. I'll tell you up front if your setup needs one.
What counts as a step?
One trigger or action, e.g. 'new form entry' (1), 'add row to Sheet' (2), 'send email' (3).
What if an app changes and the automation breaks?
Packages include error alerts where the tool supports them. Fixes for issues caused by my build within 14 days of delivery are free.
Will you need my passwords?
No. Please invite me as a team member or collaborator where possible. Never send your main password in chat.
