What do you need from me to get started?
I need any available drawings (PDF, DWG, sketches), dimensions, references, photos, or a description of your idea. The more information you provide, the more accurate the model will be.
Can you work without existing drawings?
Yes. I can model your project from sketches, inspiration images, or even a written description. In this case, the scope and timeline may vary depending on complexity.
Do you deliver fully editable Revit files?
Yes. All packages can include the .RVT source file if selected. You will receive an organized model with levels, views, and sheets ready for documentation.
Do you provide renders or just the model?
Both options are available. Basic packages include the Revit model only, while Standard and Premium packages offer more views, renderings, and presentation boards.
Can you match my style or follow my BIM standards?
Absolutely. I can follow your templates, naming conventions, view templates, or graphic style if you provide them.
Can you update or fix an existing Revit model?
Yes. I can clean up, optimize, or remodel poorly built files. Just send the model first so I can confirm scope and pricing.
Do you work with metric or imperial units?
Both. I adjust the project to your preferred system.
Is the design final or conceptual?
I can deliver either: conceptual massing for early-stage design or detailed architectural modeling depending on your package.
Are engineering elements (structure/MEP) included?
Not in this gig. This one is architecture only. If you need structure or MEP, I offer separate specialized gigs for those disciplines.
