Do you guarantee the candidate will be hired?
I guarantee pre-screened, qualified candidates matched to your requirements. Hiring decisions are at your discretion. Placement success depends on your interview process and final selection.
Can I request different candidates after delivery?
One revision is included if the original requirements were not met. Additional candidate sourcing beyond the package scope is available as a separate order.
How do I know the candidates are genuinely available?
Every candidate is screened for availability before delivery. Once delivered you should contact them within 72 hours as availability can change in the job market.
