Can I change the script after you have filmed?
If you add the Script Writing extra, I’ll send the script for your approval before filming. Once it’s approved (or if you supplied it), I film it as written. Changes after filming mean a reshoot, which I’d quote as a custom offer.
What do you need from me to film a digital app or SaaS demo?
I need your app download link or website URL, plus a test login if required. Please load the test account with sample data so the app looks clean on camera. Send your script and any must-say points and other necessary information.
When does the delivery countdown begin?
For apps and software, delivery starts when your order does, once I have your script and app access. For physical products, message me before ordering so we can agree on a delivery date that accounts for shipping.
How does the Extra Fast Delivery upgrade work?
Rush delivery moves your order to the front of my queue (3, 5, or 7 days by package). It’s for single-video orders, so message me first for a multi-video rush. For physical products, shipping time is added to the date.
Do I need to buy Usage Rights if I want to run paid ads?
Basic includes 3 months of paid ad rights. Standard and Premium include 6. Running ads longer? Add the Additional Usage Rights extra, which adds 3 months each. Need all-media or perpetual rights? Message me for a custom quote.
What exactly is included in the B-Roll Enhancement extra?
Standard and Premium include b-roll: your app on screen plus lifestyle cutaways, like a busy family moment or me using the app in daily life. Basic is a straight on-camera read, so this extra adds that same b-roll. Raw footage isn’t included, so message me if you need it.
What's included if I purchase the revision add-on?
Revisions cover post-production editing changes only, such as music volume, caption typos, or clip order. Anything outside of post-production editing, including changes to what was filmed, are a reshoot, quoted as a custom offer.
How does the Pet Talent extra work?
I can feature one of my cats in your video. Add the Pet Talent extra at checkout and share your ideas in the brief.
How do multi-video orders work?
Multi-video orders take longer than the delivery time shown. Message me before ordering and we’ll agree on a delivery date up front. Please send all scripts together so I can film them in one session.
Can I get the raw footage?
Yes, as a custom offer. Raw footage means the unedited clips used in your video, delivered along with your final video. Message me before ordering for a quote. Your usage-rights term covers the raw clips too.
