As a Digital Marketing Assistant, I support the planning and execution of digital communications across multiple platforms. This role focuses on email marketing, social media management, web content updates, and cross functional collaboration to deliver timely, accurate, and engaging messaging. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing and Digital Communications • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns including eblasts, newsletters, and automated emails • Manage the master email calendar to ensure on time delivery of communications • Prepare internal test emails and verify accuracy of content, links, and visual assets • Assist with partner promotional emails and basic landing page content • Support digital advertising by uploading assets and collecting performance metrics Social Media and Digital Marketing • Manage and update company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X • Create platform specific copy and graphics using approved brand assets • Build and publish monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing priorities • Post Instagram Stories and other real time content as needed • Track performance and prepare weekly social and email reports • Support visibility, engagement, and member awareness initiatives Survey, Reporting, and Community Engagement • Deploy renewal, non renewal, and readership surveys using SurveyMonkey • Export, organize, and distribute survey results to stakeholders • Maintain organized reporting files in shared directories • Respond to social media comments and messages professionally • Approve posts and membership requests in Facebook Groups • Moderate content and encourage positive engagement through polls and discussion posts
