I enter your receipts and invoices into a clean Excel file.
What you get:
- One row per receipt: date, store, item, net, tax, total, payment method.
- A monthly totals sheet and a category totals sheet.
- I check that net plus tax equals the total on every receipt.
- If text is faded or cut off, I mark it in yellow. I do not guess.
How it works:
1. Order and upload photos or PDFs (ZIP is fine).
2. I enter and check every receipt.
3. You get your Excel file.
Good for expense reports and tax time.

Can you work with scanned PDFs or phone photos?
Yes. Scans and photos are fine. If a part is too blurry, I do not guess. I mark the cell in yellow and tell you.
Will the numbers work in Excel formulas?
Yes. All numbers are real numbers, not text. You can use SUM and other formulas right away.
What if my file is bigger than the package?
Send me a message first. I will check your file and tell you the right package.
Do you keep my files?
No. I delete your files 7 days after delivery.
