I will build an ai appointment booking chatbot and ai receptionist for your business
Kabir Ahmad
Over deze dienst
Your customers want to book. Right now they fill in a form, wait for a reply, and half of them go somewhere else.
This bot talks to them, answers their questions, and puts the appointment straight into your calendar. At 2am, on a Sunday, while you are with another client.
WHAT IT DOES
- Answers questions about your services, prices and hours, from your real content
- Asks your qualifying questions first, so bad fit leads never reach your calendar
- Checks live availability and books the slot in Google Calendar, Calendly or Cal.com
- Sends automatic email or WhatsApp reminders to cut no shows
- Hands off to a human when it should
WHERE IT LIVES
A widget on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or a phone voice agent.
WHAT YOU GET
Full source code, a handover doc, and nothing locked to my accounts. No monthly fee to me.
Good fit for clinics, salons, dentists, law firms, agencies, tutors and contractors who lose money to missed calls and slow replies.
Message me before you order. Tell me what you sell and how you book now, and I will tell you which package actually fits and how long it will take.

I build AI chatbots and automations that do the work your team is doing by hand.
I am a software engineer working with OpenAI, LangChain and vector databases on Node and Next js, after 3 years building production frontends in React. Real software, not a no code demo.
What I deliver: custom GPT and RAG chatbots trained on your documents, n8n and Make automations, AI integrations into your app, and landing pages for AI products.
Send me the process you want gone and I will tell you honestly if it is worth automating.

Veelgestelde vragen
Will the app work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. React Native and Flutter build from a single codebase to both platforms, so you get an iOS app and an Android app from the same project. I test on real devices before delivery, not just a simulator.
Can you publish the app to the App Store and Play Store?
Yes, I prepare the store ready build with icon, splash screen and release notes, and I can upload it using your own Apple and Google developer accounts. You keep ownership of the listings. The developer account fees are paid by you.
Can you work on my existing app instead of building a new one?
Yes. I can add screens or features, fix bugs, connect an API, or take over a half finished React Native or Flutter project. Share the repository or a build and I will review it first and tell you honestly what it needs.
Where does the AI actually run?
On a backend I set up, not inside the app. Your OpenAI key never ships in the app bundle where anyone can extract it and run up your bill. The app talks to your backend, and the backend talks to the AI.
