BASIC: 1 render from your ready, working 3ds Max scene. 2K image, 1 revision. No new modeling or scene repair.
STANDARD: modeling of 1 simple room up to 30 sqm, 2 camera views in 2K, 2 revision rounds.
PREMIUM: the same single-room scope, 4 camera views in 4K, 2 revision rounds. Not a full apartment.
Standard library furnishings are used. Custom furniture, major layout changes, extra rooms, source files and animation are not included. Revisions cover agreed materials, lighting and minor details; new scope requires a separate quote.

Are source files or animations included?
