I’m Kailey Louw, a strength coach, program designer, and online transformation specialist with extensive experience helping both women and men lose fat, build muscle, and develop real strength through evidence-based training and nutrition. I’m the founder of MPG Online Coaching, where I’ve coached hundreds of clients through body recomposition, strength development, and long-term lifestyle transformation. I have a competitive background in Powerlifting, Strongman, and fitness competitions, which gave me practical expertise in strength development, physique training, program periodization, and advanced body composition strategies.
