What is a developmental edit?
This is one of the first steps you should take before publishing or querying your manuscript. A developmental edit will help you figure out plot holes and inconsistencies, how well your characters connect with the reader, and the general perception.
What is the difference between a beta read and a developmental edit?
A beta read will provide a general insight into the first impressions of your manuscript, how your characters come across, plot, and pacing. A developmental edit letter will cover those aspects and more in much greater detail. It will highlight every issue and provide solutions.
What genres do you accept?
I love reading a wide variety of genres. My expertise lies in the fantasy, romantasy, romance, paranormal, sci-fi, adventure, and supernatural works. I do also enjoy crime thillers!
