What do you need from me to get started?
Please send the highest-resolution images you have (RAW/NEF/CR2 if available). Tell me the preferred crop/size, and any reference samples or moodboards. For products/jewelry, include notes on desired background color and whether you need shadows/reflections.
What is included in a standard retouch?
A standard retouch includes color & exposure correction, crop/resize, natural skin smoothing (no plastic effect), basic blemish removal, and one background cleanup or removal (if requested). I’ll deliver web-ready JPEGs; PSD available as an add-on. Delivery times depend on the package.
Do you provide PSD / layered source files?
Yes — PSD (layered) files are available as an add-on. I include organized layers, labeled groups, and non-destructive edits so you can tweak later. I recommend ordering PSD if you want future adjustments or full control.
What turnaround times do you offer?
Typical turnarounds are: Starter 24–48 hours per image, Standard 48–72 hours, Creative 3–5 days depending on complexity and queue. Priority (faster) delivery is available as a paid extra. For large batches I’ll give a custom schedule.
Do you accept bulk orders and offer discounts?
Yes — I offer volume pricing and monthly retainer discounts for ongoing work (e.g., e-commerce catalogs). Please message with image count, complexity, and expected turnaround so I can send a tailored bulk quote.
What is your refund or satisfaction policy?
I prefer to resolve issues with revisions first. If you’re still unhappy after three reasonable revision rounds (or if I cannot meet the agreed brief), I’ll offer a partial or full refund depending on work completed.
Do you sign NDAs or handle confidential images?
Yes — I can sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement for brand-sensitive or unreleased product images. Please send the NDA before work begins. I treat all client files with strict privacy
Can I get a free sample or trial edit before placing a big order?
I offer a single trial edit for some bulk/retainer clients to prove consistency — especially for e-commerce catalogs. For smaller orders I may offer a quick sample at the Starter price; message me with 1–2 images and your brief.
