Will I feel anything? While individual experiences vary, please rest assured that the energy is effectively reaching the areas that need it. The effects and physical sensations may appear immediately, or they may manifest gradually from within.
Are there any risks?
Reiki healing channels the natural energy that inherently exists in all things, rather than the practitioner’s own energy. Therefore, it is highly safe and rarely results in compatibility issues.
Is it okay to receive a session when I’m feeling unwell?
When you’re not feeling well is precisely when your mind and body need care. If you have a fever or are otherwise unwell, please consult with us in advance. Also, if you are currently undergoing medical treatment, please check with your primary care physician before receiving a session.
