Planning a new office or updating an existing workplace? I can help you turn it into a functional, professional space that supports daily work and reflects your brand.
I'm Karen, an architect and interior designer with over a decade of interior design experience, plus earlier work in construction and technical offices. I design private offices, open-plan workplaces, meeting rooms, reception areas, and coworking spaces.
Depending on the package, your project may include:
- furniture layout and space planning
- material, color, lighting, and furniture direction
- brand colors or logo integration
- detailed 3D modeling
- realistic, high-resolution renders
Each package has a defined area and number of zones. If your office is larger than the listed limit, includes more rooms, or needs technical drawings, please message me before ordering. I'll review the scope and prepare a custom offer.
Packages cover design and visualization. MEP, permit, joinery drawings, and shopping lists are excluded unless agreed separately.

Greetings! I am Karen Rad, an architect and interior designer. With nine years of experience in the construction industry, I entered the world of freelancing in 2020.
My design thinking is paying attention to the customer's taste and meeting his environmental needs along with architectural aesthetics, which paves the way to reaching your dreams.
My master's degree in interior architecture and my expertise in professional software such as AutoCAD, 3dsMax, Lumion, and Photoshop allow me to combine different skills during design.

What do you need to start?
Please send a floor plan or clear dimensions, photos of the current space if available, the number of users, required zones, style references, and any brand colors or logo files.
What if my office is larger than the package limit?
Please message me before ordering. I will review the area, number of zones, and required outputs and send a custom offer with the appropriate price and delivery time.
Do you provide technical or construction drawings?
The listed packages focus on layout, 3D modeling, and renders. Technical or construction drawings can be quoted separately after I review the required drawing set.
Can you include my company’s brand identity?
Yes. Logo and brand color integration are available as an extra for Basic and Standard and are included in the Premium package.
Are source files included?
Source files are included in Premium. They can be added to Basic or Standard as an extra when the required file format is agreed before the order.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is an adjustment to the approved concept, such as materials, colors, furniture, or minor layout changes. A new brief, new concept, additional zone, or major layout change requires an extra or custom offer.
