Built and maintain a Flipkart order automation tool used daily by the operations team, cutting manual work by roughly 90% (~500 orders/day processed automatically). Developed the tool as a desktop application (Python + CustomTkinter) with built-in login system and OTA auto-updates, so the team always runs the latest version without manual installs. Set up a Flask API backend deployed on Render to manage user authentication, app version control, and dynamic selector updates — selectors can be changed on server without rebuilding the app. Added multi-account support with parallel browser execution using ThreadPoolExecutor, reducing total processing time for bulk orders. Integrated Google Sheets API to pull order data and sync statuses in real-time, replacing manual copy-paste work. Wrote automation modules for coupon application, invoice downloading, OTP extraction, and order status tracking — each runs independently and handles errors with retry logic. Set up Sentry for error monitoring so production issues get caught automatically instead of waiting for user complaints. Built a web-based ERP to manage warehouse inventory (GRPO), invoices, and shipments for the company's fulfillment operations. Developed a dashboard with search, Kanban-style status tracking, and Excel-to-database bulk import for 1000s of order records. Deployed frontend on Vercel and backend API on Render with PostgreSQL.
