It was great working with him. I received my logo the same day ordered and got answers to all of my questions. I highly recommend.

They seem to know how to digitize but may not know so much about embroidery. I asked for a patch in my requirements, but the first iteration I received was not that. The second iteration was a patch (backfill, outline, etc.), but they did not do the digitizing with the actual embroidery in mind. It was... Meer bekijken

I appreciate the time he took to do my design but....it will not be used for what I need. The density is too much maybe for the size but I can't use it.

I had the design done 2 different ways to try and reduce the density. I don't know if the size was the reason for dense outcome but I can't use it for what I wanted it for. I thank you for your time.

Delivery was quicker than expected and quality of digitizing was very high with excellent level of detail. Would use again in the future.
