I work out how you write from things you have already written: the words you use and the ones you never would, how long your sentences run, how you open and how you sign off. Then I set up your AI assistant to draft in that voice, and you run it yourself afterwards, with no monthly fee to me.

Teams in my workshops leave knowing where AI saves them time and which work is done by people because it needs human judgement. I run hands-on workshops and give talks on using AI ethically and efficiently. We work out which tasks benefit from tool support, and which one we don't want to outsource, then practise checking what AI delivers before a customer does. Since 2019 I have spoken and run workshops at conferences in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Hungary and the US, among others. Before this I spent 20 years in software delivery, in support, testing and consulting, and as Head of Delivery in companies from small to very large.
