What files can you analyze?
Excel, CSV, Google Sheets export, or a clean text column of product reviews, app feedback, survey answers, or comments. Message me a sample before you order.
What does sentiment analysis give me?
Each row gets a label: positive, neutral, or negative, plus an overall mix for the whole set. Standard and Premium add themes and charts.
Do you only work on product reviews?
Product reviews are the main focus, but I also handle customer feedback, app store comments, and other text you provide for the same sentiment workflow.
Will you scrape reviews for me?
This gig analyzes text you provide. If you need public review scraping first, message me and we can scope that separately or use my scraping gigs.
Can you find themes, not only positive or negative?
Yes on Standard and Premium. I group common praise and complaint themes so you see what drives the sentiment.
How many reviews can you process?
Basic up to about 500, Standard up to about 3,000, Premium up to about 10,000. Larger sets are a custom offer.
Is this for school or university homework?
No. I do not take school or university assignments.
