TL:DR outstanding in terms of product and experience. Super nice and cooperative seller, they understood my vision and needs, consulted me and even accepted a small scope creep even if they didn't have to. Exceptional communication, but sadly lot's of problems with details of 3d characters. I had to do lots of detailed revisions and fix some parts myself
