Why should you choose me?

What's included?
Manual malware scan, backdoor removal, core and plugin file cleanup, database sanitization, PHP firewall setup, before/after security report. Blacklist removal and SSL fix are included in the Premium package.
What's not included?
Site redesign, new features, or bug fixes unrelated to the security incident.
How long does the cleanup take?
In all packages, we get your site back online within 24 hours. Standard includes additional hardening and firewall setup after recovery - that takes 2 extra days. Premium adds blacklist removal, SSL fix, and full database sanitization - up to 5 additional days after the site is restored.
Will the cleanup affect my site's design or content?
No. We work on the file and database level without touching your design, pages, or media. A full backup is created before we make any changes.
What if my site gets reinfected after cleanup?
Standard and Premium packages include a 30-day reinfection guarantee. Basic package does not include the guarantee, but we provide a post-cleanup security report with recommendations to significantly reduce the risk of reinfection.
What access do you need to get started?
WordPress admin login and either cPanel access. That's it. We don't need your hosting billing details or domain registrar credentials.
My site was "cleaned" before but got hacked again - can you help?
Yes, and this is common. Most one-time cleanups miss backdoors hidden in custom code or database entries. We start with a full manual audit regardless of previous cleanup history.
Can you remove my site from Google's blacklist?
Yes, blacklist removal is included in the Premium package. After cleanup is confirmed, we submit a review request to Google Safe Browsing. Typical review time is 1-3 days on Google's end.
Is this a one-time fix or do I need ongoing monitoring?
The cleanup itself is one-time. However, WordPress sites without ongoing updates and monitoring are regularly targeted. We offer a 30-day post-cleanup support period in Premium - longer maintenance packages are available on request.
