Most of my work starts when something is already going wrong: pages dropping out of the index, "Crawled - currently not indexed" warnings, a sudden traffic drop after a site change, or a migration that went badly. In these situations I stay calm and work in a fixed order, so nothing is guessed. How I handle difficult cases: Diagnose first. I review Search Console reports, crawl the site, and check robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, and noindex rules before changing anything. Find the root cause. I separate real problems from harmless warnings, so clients don't spend time on the wrong fixes. Prioritize. I rank issues by impact and effort, and explain each one in plain language instead of jargon. Fix carefully. I keep a record of every change so it can be reversed, and I test after each fix. Communicate honestly. If a problem has several possible causes, or the result depends on Google re-crawling the site, I say so up front. SEO takes time, and I never promise rankings.
