Over deze dienst
Guests decide in seconds. If your Airbnb or Vrbo listing description is vague, long or full of cliches, they scroll past. I'll rewrite your listing title and description so the right guests see why your place fits their trip, and so search can match it to what they type.
What you get:
- 2 title options that fit Airbnb's character limit, with the words guests actually search for
- A full listing description: best features first, honest details, easy to skim on a phone
- 5 short highlight bullets for the space and guest access sections
- Standard: photo captions, an amenities gap check, clear house rules and 5 ready-to-send guest messages
- Premium: a warm host About Me bio, replies to your recent reviews and pricing tips based on similar listings near you
How I work:
Fully remote and by text. I use AI tools for first drafts, then check and edit every word myself against your real listing. I never invent features and never ask for your password.
You get a Google Doc ready to paste in, plus a short note on what changed and why.
Send me your listing link and I'll reply with a quick free tip before you order.

Veelgestelde vragen
Do you need my Airbnb login?
No. Send your listing link and answer the order questions. You paste the new text in yourself. I never ask for passwords.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for first drafts and research. Every line is then checked and edited by me against your real listing details, so nothing is made up or exaggerated.
Can you write for Vrbo, Booking.com or my own website too?
Yes. The same copy works on Vrbo, Booking.com and direct booking sites. Tell me where it will go and I'll adjust the length and wording for each platform.
Will this guarantee more bookings?
No one can honestly guarantee that. Bookings depend on price, photos, reviews and demand. I focus on the parts I can improve: clarity, search keywords and guest trust.
How are pricing suggestions made?
I compare similar listings near you (size, type, dates) by hand and suggest a weekday, weekend and minimum-stay range. You decide what to apply.
Do you offer a discount for several listings?
Yes. For 3 or more listings, message me first and I'll send a custom offer with a lower price per listing.
Will this help my listing rank higher?
Clear titles and descriptions with the words guests search for help search match your listing and get more clicks. I can't promise a ranking, since Airbnb also weighs reviews, price and response rate, but better copy is one of the easiest things to fix.
