How fast will you actually respond?
Timer starts once you order and grant access, not when the outage began. Basic: 2hrs, Standard: 1hr, Premium: 30min. I'm in PKT — message me first if your incident falls outside typical hours there.
What counts as an "emergency" for this gig?
Active production impact — database down, unresponsive, or blocking operations right now. If it can wait a day or two, use my Health Check or Query Tuning gigs instead — cheaper and properly scoped.
What access do you need, and is it secure?
VPN, jump box, or RDP access scoped to the affected instance only. Least-privilege and temporary is fine — no domain admin needed. Happy to sign an NDA first if required.
What if you can't fix it in the delivery window?
I'll tell you immediately if it's more complex than initial triage suggested. We then adjust scope via custom offer, or I hand off clear findings so your team can continue.
