Does the Basic package include customization?
The Basic package is for installation and demo import only. It makes your site look just like the theme's demo. For adding your own logo, brand colors, and content, please choose the Standard or Premium package.
Will my site have the exact images shown in the theme demo?
This depends on the theme. Many themes use copyrighted images for the demo, which are not included in your theme purchase. In this case, they will appear as blank/placeholder images. I will add your images if you select the Standard or Premium package.
Do I need to buy the theme and hosting first?
Yes. This gig is for installing and setting up a theme that you have already purchased. You must also have your domain name and a web hosting account before we can start.
How do I send you the theme file?
You can attach the .zip file directly to the order requirements page. If the file is too large for Fiverr, just upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the shareable link for me. Or you can share login credentials of your theme provider, so I can collect it and do next for you.
How long does the installation take?
I can usually complete the Basic (install + demo) package in just a few hours, provided I have all the login info and theme files. Delivery times for Standard and Premium packages are as listed on the gig.
Can you do custom work not listed in the packages?
