This is the diagnosis, not the surgery.
I go through your KW Command database and tell you exactly what is in there and what is broken. You get a written findings report you can act on, whether you hire me for the work or handle it yourself.
What the report covers:
- Contact count, duplicate estimate, and data quality issues
- What your tag structure is actually doing versus what it should do
- Which SmartViews exist and whether they surface anyone useful
- SmartPlan status: built, activated, or never launched

Do you need my KW login?
No, and I won't accept one. We work by screen share with you driving, or through view-only access your market center sets up. Your credentials stay yours.
What's the difference between this and your cleanup gig?
This one tells you what's wrong. The cleanup gig fixes it. If you already know what you need, go straight to the cleanup. If you're not sure where to start, start here.
Can I put this toward the cleanup?
Yes. Order a cleanup within 30 days and I credit the full audit fee against it.
What if my database is basically empty?
Then you get a build plan instead of a cleanup report. Starting from scratch is easier than untangling a mess, and I'll tell you exactly what to set up first.
What counts as a revision?
The report is based on what's in your database at the time I review it. A revision covers corrections if I misread something or missed an area we agreed to cover. It doesn't cover re-auditing after you've made changes, or expanding into areas outside the original scope. Those are a new order.
