What types of book will you narrate?
I am available for all types of work whether fictional or factual.
What accents can you do?
My natural accent is general British but I can include other accents in the narration where necessary. I am comfortable with many UK regional accents and can offer some variety of international styles of speaking. If you would like to explore something specific please contact me.
Who will own the copyright in the recording
The recording will be your property but is licensed only for use as an audiobook and promotion of the audiobook. It cannot be used for other purposes without my agreement. If you wish to have a recording for other use please consider my other gig.
What are ACX/Audible standards?
RMS between -23dB and -18dB Peak between -9 dB and -3dB Noise floor below -60dB *RMS is the average volume of the work, the peak is the maximum volume and the noise floor is the amount of sound in the silent portions.
Will you work on a Royalty share basis?
I'm sorry but I cannot work on a Royalty share basis under this gig. Please contact me with details of your book and an indication of current sales level in any other media.
Will you include music in the narration?
This pricing is for narration only which is usually all that is required for an audiobook. Please contact me if you have any special requirements.
