Zijn mijn nummers al gemasterd voor streaming of CD? Kan ik ze gebruiken voor vinyl mastering?
Ja! Ongecomprimeerde mixes zijn ideaal voor vinyl mastering, maar standaard bestanden werken ook prima voor vinyl remastering. Als je digitale masters beperkte dynamiek hebben, gebruik ik speciale de-clippers en expanders om diepte terug te brengen en het geluid te optimaliseren voor analoog afspelen, zonder extra kosten.
Ik heb alleen luide digitale masters met clipping en geen toegang tot de originele bronbestanden. Is vinyl remastering nog steeds mogelijk?
Ja! Ik gebruik een aangepaste verwerkingsketen die speciaal is ontworpen voor vinyl remastering van sterk beperkte of geklippte bestanden. Ik minimaliseer digitale artefacten, tem harige frequenties en zorg dat je tracks mooi klinken op een fysieke plaat zonder playbackproblemen.
Wat is de beste manier om mijn tracks voor te bereiden op professionele vinyl mastering?
Exporteer ruwe mixes in 24-bit/48kHz of hoger zonder agressieve limiting voor de beste vinyl mastering. Geen high-res bron? Geen probleem, ik doe een premium vinyl remastering met elk bestand. Houd er rekening mee dat een standaard 12" LP tot 40 minuten muziek kan bevatten (20 minuten per kant).
Accepteer je oude tracks voor vinyl remastering?
Absoluut. Als je oudere tracks, archiefmateriaal of niet-uitgebrachte mixes hebt die je opnieuw op vinyl wilt uitbrengen, voer ik een volledige remastering uit om de audio kwaliteit te herstellen, de frequenties in balans te brengen en ervoor te zorgen dat het klinkt als nieuw op moderne platenspelers.
