I will develop embedded firmware for stm32, arduino, or esp32
Junior RnD Engineer Research Assistant
Over deze dienst
I develop firmware for STM32, Arduino, and ESP32 microcontrollers, from simple peripheral setup to full multi-task RTOS architectures using FreeRTOS.
My background includes a DAAD-funded embedded systems programme (STM32, FreeRTOS, CANopen) at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, and hands-on freelance and academic projects covering sensor integration, custom peripheral drivers, and hardware-software communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB CDC).
What I offer:
- GPIO, timer, and peripheral configuration
- Sensor and module integration (I2C/SPI-based)
- FreeRTOS task architecture and driver development
- Debugging and code review for existing firmware
I deliver clean, documented source code along with setup instructions, and where useful, a demonstration video or photos of the tested prototype. If your project requires hardware components I don't already have, their cost is billed separately.
Message me with your project details, and I'll let you know what's realistic within your timeline and budget.

Veelgestelde vragen
Do I need to send you the hardware?
No, in most cases I develop and test the firmware based on the same or compatible components on my end. If a specific module is required that I don't already have, its cost is discussed separately before starting.
What if I don't have a finished schematic yet?
That's fine - I can help with basic component selection and system design as part of the Standard or Premium package.
Do you work with platforms other than STM32?
Yes, I also work with Arduino and ESP32, depending on the project requirements.
How do I receive the final result?
You'll get the source code, setup/wiring instructions, and - where relevant - a short video or photos showing the tested prototype.
Can you help with an existing project instead of starting from scratch?
Yes, I can review, debug, or extend existing firmware.
