• 1 existing product or codebase
• High-level architecture and code review
• Risk and opportunity analysis (tech debt, performance, UX, security at a high level)
• Written report + 60 min call to walk through findings and next steps

Standard package (Pilot Sprint)

• 2 weeks focused implementation sprint
• One agreed product goal (e.g. a performance fix, a feature refactor, or a small migration slice)
• Implementation + tests + basic CI/CD integration where applicable
• Weekly check-in + final 60 min review

Premium package (Monthly Product Partnership)

Long-term product & tech partnership, typically from 10k/month depending on scope and time commitment.

Whats usually included:

• 1040 hours/week of my time dedicated to your product(s)
• Ownership of one or more product streams (architecture, implementation, mentoring, coordination)
• Ongoing roadmap support and phased modernization/migration
• Regular planning and review calls with your leadership and team
