Will the images follow Amazon's image guidelines?
Yes. All main images are designed on a pure white (RGB 255,255,255) background per Amazon's TOS, and all other images follow Amazon's content and sizing requirements so your listing won't get flagged.
: Do you need my product photos, or can you create images from scratch?
I primarily work with your product photos for accuracy and trust. If you don't have photos yet, message me first, I can advise on options or work with reference/stock images in some cases.
What file formats will I receive?
JPEG and PNG for standard delivery. Source files (PSD/AI) are included with Standard and Premium packages upon request.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes unlimited revisions until you're satisfied.
Do you design infographic and comparison chart images too?
Yes, infographics, comparison charts, and size charts are all included as part of your listing image set (see package details for how many images are included).
What's your turnaround time?
Standard delivery ranges from 2–4 days depending on the package. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Do I need to send you a competitor's listing for reference?
It's optional but helpful, it lets me understand your market and design images that stand out from competitors.
Can you match my existing brand style/colors?
