Claude Code is for developers, it runs in the terminal and handles coding. Claude Cowork is for non-technical users, it handles documents and files in the desktop app. I set up both depending on your workflow.
Do I need to be a developer to use Claude Cowork?
No. Claude Cowork is built for non-technical users: analysts, operations teams, and businesses working with documents and files daily. I handle the full setup so you can start using it without any technical background.
What Claude plan do I need before ordering?
Claude Cowork requires a paid plan: Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise. Claude Code also needs a paid Claude account. Message me before ordering and I'll advise on the right plan for your use case.
What is MCP and why does it matter?
MCP connects Claude to your external tools: CRM, email, Notion, Slack, and more. Without it, Claude works in isolation. I set up and configure MCP servers so Claude works across your entire stack from day one.
Can Claude Cowork access my local files?
Yes. Cowork accesses folders on your local machine: reading, creating, and modifying files. You control which folders it touches. I configure folder permissions correctly during setup so nothing runs outside your boundaries.
Is Claude Cowork safe for sensitive business files?
Yes. Cowork runs commands inside an isolated virtual machine, separate from your main OS, and only accesses folders you grant. I follow Anthropic's safety guidelines during every setup and advise on best practices.
What tasks can Claude Cowork handle?
File organization, report drafting, research synthesis, document analysis, and CRM or calendar data pulling via MCP. With the right connections, it produces live dashboards and automated reports without manual work.
What is OpenClaw and can you help with it?
